Modak

Modak are steamed dumplings with an outer rice flour dough and a coconut- jaggery stuffing. These sweet dumplings are also known as Ukadiche Modak, and are an integral part of Maharashtrian Cuisine especially during Ganesh Chaturthi Festival. We offer you this steamed healthy version hot with a topping of ghee!

Traditional Barbeque

This is one of the favourites of our guests! We marinate the meat/veggies and allow you to have the first hand experience of grilling them in nature while you enjoy quality family time with some beverages!

Bhakri (rice/jowar/bajra/ragi)

This flatbread is native to Maharashtra, although it is now popular is several neighbouring states. It can be made with jowar, ragi, or rice flour, all of them high in dietary fibers, making bhakri a healthy type of flatbread. We generally offer bhakri with chicken/mutton or a stuffed baingan masala! Our ragi bhakri is a must-taste, especially if you are on a weight loss regime!

Solkadhi

A speciality of Konkan region, Solkhadi is a very refreshing and soothing digestive drink, usually eaten with rice or sometimes drunk after or along with the meals. It is made from coconut milk and kokum, also known as Aamsol or Aamsul. Further, we leave it to you for a real time experience!
